How to use: on an 800x600 screen, press Win + RightArrow to position the screen to the right, with the program open, keep the character's inventory open, set your DASH to R and ShieldCharge to W. Press pageUP to start the macro, pageDOWN to pause, to restart just press pageDOWN again.
